Meanwhile <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an <strong>automatic spot welding machine<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> creates the <strong>wire mesh <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that will be the supporting structure of the base<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. So<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the different components<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">are welded together using an<\/span> <strong>industrial welding robot<\/strong>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">unite<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the mesh and profile tubes to create the base of the<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">roll container<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This <strong>automated process<\/strong> ensures <strong>high precision and consistent quality<\/strong> in the manufacturing of the base, which, however, is always subject to the control of technicians and workers involved in assembly and shipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Roll Container<\/strong> sides are also produced by following different processing steps. First, t<strong>he cut-off machine<\/strong> delivers to the professional worker the <strong>sized pieces<\/strong> of structural round tube, which, subsequently, are <strong>bent by special machines<\/strong> to obtain the frame of the side. At this point <strong>the lower crossbar is welded to the frame<\/strong> so that the complete structure is obtained, to which the wire mesh will be attached. The bases are delivered to customers stacked and complete with wheels, while the sides are placed inside some mounted roll containers to serve as  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">packaging<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, reducing the risk of accidental damage. This <strong>method of transport is safe and economical<\/strong> because it reduces space and thus costs, and the customer himself will be able to take advantage of this convenient logistical option
