MAVIC is based on four fundamental logistics modules
- Market: standard wire mesh containers of varying sizes (standard: 120×80 cm – EUR), ideal for handling and optimized storage in warehouses.
- Walls: collapsible metal structures that allow standard pallets to be transformed into safe and flexible storage units. They are actual metal pallet walls that rest on the edges of the pallet and are tied down with movable brackets. By adding metal rails to the pallet, in addition to making it able to hold goods by itself without additional packing, up to three pallets can be stacked on top of the base pallet.
- EMAK: systems that allow EUR pallets to overlap with wire mesh containers for hybrid pallet/MAVIC management.
- Roll Container: industrial trolleys in different sizes, for moving goods.
MAVIC containers can be equipped with wheels for manual handling, picking flaps for easy access to materials, and protective covers for handling small or sensitive goods. Integration with traditional pallets allows for hybrid logistics in which EUR pallets are integrated into internal and external handling flows and combined with MAVIC for a flexible anda reconfigurable warehouse, in short: AGILE.
