How to assemble a Roll Container.
1) Set up the base, already equipped with wheels, on a flat and stable surface.
2) Assemble the side walls by inserting the feet into the corner holes of the base, then lock them with the steel cleat provided.
3) Mount the third rear side wall by hooking it onto the brackets welded on the side walls and securing the steel cleat on the base.
4) Secure the front door using the hinge system already mounted on the left side wall.
5) Position the cover by placing it on the rear pins and fitting it onto the front pins.
6) The locking handle’s turn mechanism engages both the lid and the base, preventing unauthorised opening of the roll container when a padlock is attached.
7) You can easily add intermediate shelves at any time. The 50 x 50 mesh is thick enough to support shelves at various heights based on packaging needs.
